根據體育新聞網站theScore報導，張伯倫（Wilt Chamberlain）生涯的NBA季後賽總得分是3607動手做科學玩具分。
而熱火球星韋德（DwyaneWade）在本季季後賽首輪對黃蜂的第7戰，投11中5得12分抓6個籃板，生涯季後賽總得分達到3614分，超越張伯倫，在NBA排名第17。
前洛杉磯湖人隊球星貝勒（ElginBaylor）3623分排名第16，前芝加哥公牛隊的球星皮朋（ScottiePippen）以3642分排名第15。
熱火對戰黃蜂打到第7場才分出高下，熱火隨隊記者史考尼克（EthanJ.Skolnick），在個人推特頁面貼文說，熱火總教練史普斯塔（ErikSpoelstra）表示，黃蜂使熱火變得更強，熱火需經過這樣的考驗。
熱火晉級第2輪，對手需等待多倫多暴龍隊與印第安納溜馬這個系列對戰的勝隊。
